The polishing of cementitious flooring has been around since the early days of terrazzo with the use of heavy equipment and abrasive tooling. That holds true today with the vast majority of concrete or terrazzo floors going through a refining process producing desirable, beautiful and durable floors and surfaces across the world. As demand has increased dramatically over the years, the technology in the tooling, chemistry and equipment has evolved to increase the refinement, longevity and appeal to the marketplace.
